About This Design

Membership in the Dog Dad Club comes with one condition: your Lab runs the house. A golden yellow Labrador Retriever strides forward mid-trot, mouth open, tongue out, wearing dark-lensed wayfarers. The illustration uses warm amber and honey tones with fine fur detail that gives the dog weight and movement. Bold orange varsity lettering arcs above the dog reading 'DOG DAD' and anchors below with '- CLUB -', framing the Lab inside the text like a badge. The orange-and-gold palette pulls the dog and the type into a single cohesive mark. This graphic wears its loyalty on the outside.

Most dog tees are printed on the cheapest blank the seller could find. Thin, stiff, tired after four washes. We use the same heavyweight garment-dyed tee small US brands charge $45+ for.

Printed into the cotton,

Cheap tees use vinyl transfers- a plastic layer pressed onto the fabric. Sharp for a month, then it cracks and peels at the edges.

Ours is DTG printed. Ink goes into the cotton fibers and cures there, so you feel the weave through the design. It fades the way the rest of the shirt fades- slowly, evenly, together.

What size should I order?

The 1717 has a relaxed unisex fit and runs true to size. Prefer a more fitted look? Size down. Want the oversized look you see in the photos? Stay true to size or go up one. Full measurements are in the size chart above.

Will it shrink?

It’s pre-shrunk. Wash cold, tumble dry low, and it holds its shape.

How do I wash it?

Inside out, cold water, similar colors, mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener — softener sits on the fibers and dulls the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron inside out on medium if you must, never directly on the print.

How long until it arrives?

Printed and shipped within 3–5 days, then standard delivery with tracking. You’ll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
