Our goal at DolcePelo is that you love your order. That's why we're doing it ;)
Our items are generally non refundable as they are done on-demand but please drop us an email at support@dolcepelo.com if something is not right. We're sure we'll work it out.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase date.
Shipping
When will I receive my order? Orders are typically shipped within 2 days of placing the order. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 2-5 days.
Where will my order ship from? All orders are shipped from the USA.
We recommend adding your phone number to orders. This helps reduce the risk of delays or lost packages and ensures smoother delivery.
How much is shipping? Shipping rates are calculated by weight during checkout. You'll see the final price before completing your purchase.
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do? Before reaching out to us, please take these steps: Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package. Ask your neighbors if the courier might have left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is increasing. If you're expecting a delivery and won't be home to accept it, consider using an alternative address where someone can receive it.
If the shipping address is correct and the package wasn't left with the post office or a neighbor, please email us at support@dolcepelo.com with your order number.
If you find an error in your delivery address, we can ship a replacement order, but the new shipping costs would be your responsibility.
