Every tee is printed on demand and fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll see the final price before completing your purchase.
A few tips for smooth delivery
We recommend adding your phone number to your order - it helps carriers reach you in case of delays or delivery issues.
If you're not home to receive your package, consider using an alternative address where someone can accept it. Package theft is on the rise.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Before reaching out to us, please take these steps:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if they're holding the package.
- Ask your neighbors if the courier left it with them.
If everything checks out and your package is still missing, email us at support@dolcepelo.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
If there's an error in your delivery address, we can ship a replacement - but the new shipping costs would be your responsibility.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Because our tees are printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns due to sizing - please refer to the size guide before ordering.
If there's an error on our end - a damaged print, wrong item, or defective product - we'll replace it at no cost to you.
